Refund policy

  • Customers are only able to request a refund on their order within 24 hours of successful delivery. 
  • Returns must be received in their original condition. Please send an image of the damaged product and an explanation of the problem.  If the products are faulty through no fault of your own, we will happily replace or refund the affected item/s.
  • If you are unhappy with our products for a legitimate reason such as: missing items, damaged goods or your order did not arrive, we will offer an appropriate refund as long as it can be shown what you were charged for was not supplied as it should have been. 
  • Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods may have to be returned within the best before date or use by date on the product. The Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective and/or need to be returned.
