Shipping policy

For the purpose of these terms and conditions, free standard delivery is defined as deliveries within the M25 addresses with all orders over £50. Orders less than £50 will incur a delivery charge which customers will be notified of the relevant surcharge before placing an order.
For all other addresses outside the M25 (excluding Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Offshore, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight) a delivery charge of £5.95 applies, regardless of order value.
Our delivery time is between 9am to 6pm. Delivery windows are an indication, and not a guarantee of delivery within specific hours. We reserve the right to deliver at any point on the day within our delivery slot.
Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you gave us. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we, or our authorised driver, will follow the delivery instructions provided to us by you. If no leave safe instructions are specified, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
The leave safe location specified by you shall be within the area of the delivery address and shall be accessible to our driver. We will endeavour to follow any delivery instructions you provide but this cannot be guaranteed.
Our drivers may try to contact you on the telephone so that delivery can take place. The delivery driver will use the telephone number associated with your order, which may also be printed on the delivery invoice.
Reach Food Service reserves the right to change your delivery date with prior notice. If we have left your Products in your safe place, and they are stolen or damaged, we do not accept liability, but may offer you a refund or other compensation at our complete discretion.
